The BFI is a fixed solution with a variable scope.

Because the BFI is a custom proprietary framework, the fee is determined solely by the complexity of the risk matrix (e.g., Single Market vs. Multi-Region vs. Bicultural Integration).

The BFI follows three mandatory steps. These phases are fixed and inseparable to ensure the customized content will succeed:

Engagement parameters

• Prerequisite: Active BQD certification.

• Duration: 2–4 months.

• Fee Structure: Non-negotiable fixed fee, quoted upon diagnostic review.

• The Briefing: During the 90-minute strategic briefing, the dynamic shifts. Dr. Lajante is no longer interviewing but presenting. We reveal a unified map of your organizational challenge.

• The Verdict: We determine whether internal data is sufficient or if an external customer audit (qual/quant) is required to expose unseen risks.

• Anglophone scope (North America): We map the risks within the algorithm's native environment, where cultural friction is minimal.

• Francophone scope (Quebec, Europe, Africa): We map the risks where North American logic collides with Francophone cultural reality. This requires a much more complex analysis of semantic, usage, and value conflicts.

• The integration workshop: We conclude the mandate with an intensive half-day integration session. The sole objective is to ensure leadership fully commands the strategy for immediate deployment.

• The playbook: We deliver a tactical handbook tailored to your managers. This document enables them to execute the recommendations and lead their teams to secure your algorithmic frontline.

• The handover: Our mandate has a clear endpoint. We structure the intervention so that upon delivery of the protocols, your organization is autonomous, trained, and equipped to manage risk without external assistance.
